We remodeled a basement area to include a new staircase, basement bathroom and basement office area. 

This area had water infiltration due to a failed perimeter drain. The water turned to frost in the winter and caused structural damage to the concrete block foundation. 

We put this portion of the house on a jack support system, removed the old foundation, constructed a new foundation, removed the jack support system, installed new perimeter drain and then remodeled the area as the pictures indicate. The office area now includes high speed Internet access, cable, electric, phone and a separate Rinnai propane heater.
